Support Desk implementation

In a continuing effort to remain on top of our game, ProExe has implemented a new support  desk system. The new system will eventually provide more helpful answers to future tickets. The new system has an Instant Response System (IRS)  tied into the section where a user would enter a ticket. This means that as you are typing your ticket, our system is searching the knowledgebase for possible answers to the problem you are having.

As more tickets are entered into the system, more possible solutions can be found as the system will also store some of those previous tickets as well.

We will be integrating the live help software with the support desk to also provide an even more centralised support system.
