There are various procedures to follow depending on what type of domain name you wish to transfer out:

For .uk domains, inform us of the new IPSTAG.

For .com, .net domains you need to request the Registrar, to whom you wish to transfer the domain, to start the transfer process for you.

For .biz, .info, .org domains, you will need to request an authorisation code from ProExe.
