Are two antivirus programs better than one?

No. It is best to have one good antivirus program. An antivirus program needs to open a file to scan it. If another antivirus program is trying to open the same file at the same time, it has to wait for the file to become free. This might cause problems, such as programs not starting correctly to system crashes. | |
